Yup! The second week of training and eating healthy, or perhaps: eating regular size portions of food at regular intervals of time, is over. It’s been a good week up until today, maybe up until yesterday.
I sat my fat ass on the exercise bike and started to pedal away. I had no strength, no power in my muscles what so ever. I already felt it yesterday when I was out power walking but I then thought that is was because I hadn’t had any food. I tried that power walk before breakfast thing. Some say you burn more fat when you do it and that it’s good for you, some say it’s bad for you because all though you burn more fat (some times just a small amount more) you also risk, if you give too much, to start braking down muscle mass, and that’s not good.
On the exercise bike I realized that yesterdays believed reason didn’t play any, or maybe a very small, part in me feeling tired.
I might have to revise my training schedule. Three days of training then one day of rest is maybe too much. I think I will start by resting two days for every fourth interval. This means. 3 days of training + 1 day of rest x 3, then 3 days of training + 2 days of rest x 1.
Let’s see how that goes.
I leave you with two pictures from Thursdays work out/nature walk at Svens Altare, Orust . The last picture is taken upon a look out point, the actual Svens Alter, where he used to preach to his sheep, and right before Camilla and I got lost.
