Back from the Island of the Orust. It was a short one, a one nighter.
So, my sister lives on Orust. An Island with small town, if not country, feel to it. Where everyone knows everyone and all is well… yeah right!
On Wednesday morning we were waken by the telephone at 0700h (not that any of us had been sleeping much at all the night before. My sister has two cats and the Boo loves cats. He searched for them all night, running up and down the stairs, scratching on closed doors, panting like… well like a hound). On the other side of the telephone there was a neighbour telling Tullans boyfriend, Benny, to take a look outside their window. We all did. This is what we found:

The bus stop stands, or stood, as the only obstacle near the road on a long straight.
So not all that calm a place. The sign on the bus stop reads Out Farm, which is where my sister and Benny live. Out Farm is right by Pig Bay and Valley Village (translated to English that is).
While on Orust Camilla and I decided to to a bit of turbo tourism (all tough the term was coined while doing it). We went to a place on the north-west on Orust called Svens Altare. A nature walk based around a hill top where a sheep herder named Sven a long time ago used to stand and preach to his sheep. We did a power walk/hike kind of thing so we combined work out with tourism, taking pictures and taking in the scenery fast and a part of the work out, there of the name turbo tourism.
Of coarse we got lost, ending up no where near where we started and adding about half an hour to our walk.
