The first week of training and eating healthy is done. Done? You say. But it’s only Saturday and tomorrow’s Sunday and the week does not end until then, it starts on Monday and ends on Sunday therefore you can’t have completed your first week! Oh shut up! In true agnostic style I ignored religious ramblings about resting on Sundays and decided that that was the day I was going to start, and so I did. (I will however rest tomorrow because of my rest on the 4:th day thing, activity, activity, activity, rest.)
Ok so how was it? Well it was good. I feel good. I have walked, power walked, run, exercise biked and mountain biked. I really think I have to keep changing things around all the time so that I won’t get bored or more importantly won’t work out because I know how tough the task ahead is. It’s good not to know and feel it later than feel it before and not do it.
Despite the fact that both training and food has gone well I have in no way drained myself training or optimized food intakes and quantity of food. This is a trick my boss at the security company taught me. If I don’t give my all I’ll have room for improvement and all though it isn’t real improvement (since the potential was there from the start) it’s improvement that can motivate.
As I said: rest tomorrow.
