Football 08/09 now under way.

Football season got under way today.
The competitive side of things is about to get under way. Why? Because the draw for the third round of qualifying for the UEFA champions league was held today.

Arsenal face FC Twente, starting away. Should be a good game.

Can’t wait until the 16:th when the Premier League gets under way!

Ten kilometers in an hour.

A man should be able to run 10km in an hour (or under), shouldn’t he?
I don’t think I can, perhaps under threat, a severe threat of some sort I could. I really should try to fix that. I think I did it once, or 10km in 1h 10min at least. I got sick, or rather fell ill, after that. I’ve never been an endurance type. We have a tread mill in a room near our apartment. There I can, through the display, get the proper info.

10km in 1h it is! I’ll try to make it happen. If I loose some weight at the same time it’s all for the better.

Really don’t know how I will schedule the training. I think I will try to stay on the tread mill for 1h and then see how far I’ve come.

I’ll keep you posted.
