Music first, music last.

Ok. I’m going to start talking about the music I’ve recorded with Rob O now, mostly because of the fact that the headline to this post is true.

I recived mixed song number 5 yesterday. A catchy pop-song with horror piano, German rave bridge and broken electric guitars. I won’t post the song. I want it all to be finished before I present it to the masses (the masses being you 20-something people how read this blog).

Everything sounds really good. It’s a really diverse bunch of songs. I didn’t intend that, I just wrote and we recorded and all of the songs were recorded in more or less the same fashion.

I can reveal one thing. The album (I always meant for it to be an album and now that I have ten songs recorded I think that it is) is called The Anger. So if there is ever going to be a release of this thing, which I hope, it’s going to be: Tomas Halberstad The Anger. (I would post song titles but they are not set in stone yet… well… neither is the album title… or perhaps it is, it’s more set in stone at least, if anything can be more set in stone than other things. How would that work? Deeper carvings?)
